Return Policy:

Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our  Everlasting Flowers, Returns Are Not Eligible for these exquisite arrangements.

Additionally, orders cannot be canceled or modified after 60 minutes from the time they are placed. At Washi Bloom, our hope is that you fall in love with your stunning arrangement. Delivery Policy: 

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be delivered within 4 hours. 

• Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the following day. 

• Delivery is exclusively available within Riyadh. 

 

 Customization Policy: 

• Customizations are limited to Bridal bouquets only. 

• All other arrangements are pre-made and available for immediate purchase. 

• For customized bridal bouquets, you have the right to suggest the design. However, once it’s submitted, it cannot be returned. 

 

Payment Policy :

Payments are accepted exclusively through our website via online payment methods. 

 

Promotional Codes and Vouchers:
