By accessing and using the Washi Bloom® website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service:

1. Orders & Payments

  • All purchases must be completed through our official website.

  • Payment is accepted exclusively via secure online methods provided on our checkout page.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all order and delivery details are entered correctly.

2. Products & Customization

  • Our preserved flower arrangements are pre-made and available for immediate purchase.

  • Customization is only available for bridal bouquets and cannot be returned once approved.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Deliveries are made within Riyadh only.

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM qualify for same-day delivery within 4 hours.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the following day.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our  Everlasting Flowers, Returns Are Not Eligible for our flower arrangements.
  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified after 60 minutes from the time they are placed.
  • For any damaged or missing items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for review and resolution.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the return has been approved and received.

5. Liability

Washi Bloom® is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

6. Intellectual Property

Washi Bloom® is a registered trademark with the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property. All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, designs, floral arrangements, images, and text, is the intellectual property of Washi Bloom and is protected by trademark and copyright laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content without prior written consent from Washi Bloom is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

8. Amendments

Washi Bloom® reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
