Return Policy
Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our Everlasting Flowers, Returns Are Not Eligible for our flower arrangements.
Additionally, orders cannot be canceled or modified after 60 minutes from the time they are placed. At Washi Bloom, our hope is that you fall in love with your stunning arrangement. With our extensive selection of styles and colors, you’re sure to find the perfect arrangement for anyone on your list. If you have any questions about our policies or products, our team is here to assist you!
Damages and issues
We take the utmost care to ensure that your bespoke arrangement is packed safely and securely; however, if there are any issues regarding your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing info@washibloom.com with the following information so that we may assist you quickly and efficiently:

For damaged items and quality issues: please provide us with detailed photos, we request 2-3 of the product(s)

For missing/incorrect items: please provide us with detailed photos of how the order was received and the shipping box with the label and all products
Photos allow us to share your feedback directly with our Fulfillment or Product Teams and carriers to investigate further or prevent this from happening in the future. Please be sure to include your Order Number with your message.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
